You can start your subscription at any time (just like Netflix, Spotify or Disney+), and enjoy all of our men's matches in the Vanarama National League North & women's matches in the Southern Regional Women's Football League.


It's a 12-month subscription which rolls on until cancelled, granting access to every home league game at Oxford City FC.

There are no credit checks, no questions asked, no admin fees and no interest charged.

You receive identical benefits and priority status to a season ticket holder who pays in one lump sum and you can subscribe at any point throughout the year.

  • What is Hoops+?

    Hoops+ is the name of our ticketing subscription. 


    We are replacing standard season tickets and switching to subscriptions. Simply subscribe, select your seat and watch Oxford City in every home league game.


    You no longer need to buy a full-priced season ticket in one lump sum every year. With Hoops+ you have a rolling subscription with the cost spread monthly. It's just like a subscription with Spotify or Netflix. 


    With Hoops+, you can get behind City from the same seat year after year, without lifting a finger.


    In the months, like the off-season, when there are no matches, you're subscription will continue to roll over with these benefits.

    • Keep your seat for next season. You're seat remains your seat and will be in place for as long as you decide to keep your subscription for. 
    • Free entry to home pre-season matches.

    Can I unsubscribe in the off-season and subscribe again in time for next season?


    Yes. That's the simplest answer. 


    Everytime you sign up for a Hoops+ subscription you committ to a minumum of six months. You're free to unsubscribe (and subscribe again) at any time after that. 


    However, bare in mind that if you have selected a specific seat/stand, that option may not be available when you subscribe again and you lose all of the Hoops+ benefits.

  • How to use a Hoops+ subscription to National League matches

    After you have purchased a Hoops+ subscription, you will receive a confirmation of your purchase via e-mail and/or text message depending on the details you entered when you ordered. 


    When you arrive at the match, you must show the QR code on your ticket. You can choose to open the email or text message on your mobile, download the digital ticket in yur smartphone Wallet, use the Ticketco Wallet app or even take a physical copy as a PDF with you. 


    How often do I have to change the QR code?


    Your QR code is the same throughout. You'll only have to use a different QR code if you end your subscription and start again.

  • Binding period and termination

    How long do I commit to?

    • Every time you sign a subscription in Hoops+, you commit for 6 months.

    How long is the subscription active upon termination?

    • Hoops+ has a duration of at least six months from the date of purchase. Upon termination of your Hoops+ subscription, the subscription will be terminated based on the following rules:
    1. During the binding period: Date the subscription becomes invalid = date of purchase + 6 months - 1 day
    2. After the binding period: Date the subscription becomes invalid = next payment date - 1 day

    My binding period is over and I want to end my Hoops+ subscription, how do I do it?


    1. Click on the link HERE
    2. Press "Find your purchased tickets"
    3. Enter the mobile number and e-mail registered on your Hoops+subscription.
    4. You will receive a link, which you click on.
    5. A new tab will open, where it will be possible to end the subscription.
  • Pricing & payment

    We have a cheap monthly price that is easy to deal with. 


    You don't have to pay a large sum each year, this is spread over the year and you choose how long you want to subscribe.

    Is it possible to pay by credit card?


    When you start the subscription, you can pay with either credit or debit card.


    Is it possible to pay 1 year in installments?


    It is not possible to pay 1 year round. You pay a monthly price all the way.


    When is the money withdrawn?


    When you sign up to a Hoops+ subscription with us, the first month's money will be drawn immediately. 


    Money will then be drawn from the card you paid with on the same date each month.


    When do I start paying for the subscription?


    You pay for the subscription as soon as you sign up and have entered your details. You will then pay on the same date each month until you cancel. Otherwise, your seat is yours.


    How do I change the payment card for my Hoops+?

    1. Click HERE
    2. Click on "Find your purchased tickets" (located on the right when using a PC and located in the drop-down menu when using a mobile phone).
    3. Enter the e-mail registered to your Hoops+subscription.
    4. You will receive a link by e-mail, which will take you to a website that shows all your purchases
    5. Select "Your Subscriptions Tab"
    6. Here you see a summary of the subscriptions you have taken out, and there is a shortcut that can be used to update payment cards.

    Can I change the payment date for the subscription?

    • Yes, If you have an unfavorable payment date, you as a customer can change this date on the "Your Subscriptions" page. You do this by clicking on "Change payment day".
    • Please note that if you try to select a date in the past, you will automatically be charged. 

    Can the price change?

    Prices can both be decreased and rise. However,  If the club chooses to amend the fixed fee for Hoops+ in the future, we’ll make sure you receive plenty of notice in advance!!

  • Yearly or monthly?

    It's important to note that we are replacing our standard priced season tickets with Hoops+. 


    We still offer (and will offer) early bird season tickets that give supporters our best value tickets when they pay in one lump sum. 


    However, we understand that for some supporters this is a big committment and may not be possible. 


    This is why we've created Hoops+, our next best value ticket with all the perks of a season ticket, which:

    1. Offers supporters excellent value & savings when compared to individual match tickets. 
    2. Allows supporters to spread the cost over a season(s).

    Furthermore, when you subscribe to Hoops+, you don't have to lift a finger when it comes to renewing at the end of the season. Simply let your subscription roll and we'll do the rest!
