Grace started playing football at the age of 10, joining Wealdstone FC, where she had to play with a younger age group due to the lack of a girls' team in her age group. 

After Wealdstone, she moved to Ruislip Rangers, where she played for 7 years in various leagues including the prestigeous JPL competition.

Although starting out as an outfield player, Amos transitioned to playing as a Goalkeeper ages 13 and discovered her love for goalkeeping. 

Towards the end of last season, she played for Oxford United's development team and have since dual-signed with Oxford City for the current season. 

Her career highlight would be winning the Hertfordshire league undefeated.
