A St Kitts & Nevis international, Andre signed from Wycombe Wanderers in the summer of 2022. 

The versatile centre-back boasts two League Cup appearances for the Chairboys and also a series of FA Cup appearances for Championship Reading.

He joined the Hoops following two loan spells at Hungerford Town and a period at National League Maidenhead United, and ended his debut season with the Hoops strongly in a play-off winning side. 

He was an ever-present in the squad last season and will look to secure a second promotion with City this season.
