Oxford City FC are pleased to announce the launch of The Hoops Foundation.
The Foundation will support the local community across Oxfordshire and has five key pillars that closely align with the club’s charitable objectives and reinforce our commitment to using sport as a force for positive change.
HOOPS
Health: Promoting mental and physical well-being through sport.
Opportunity: Creating inclusive opportunities for all, especially those with disabilities.
Outreach: Engaging communities to tackle social challenges through sport and education.
Participation: Encouraging active involvement in sports for all ages and abilities.
Support: Providing resources and a supportive environment for holistic development.
Hoops will reinforce the fantastic work that the charity it replaces, Oxford City Sport in the Community, did over many years and will play a vital role in ensuring that these spaces remain accessible and beneficial to the wider community, supporting a wide range of programmes, from grassroots football and disability sports to mental health initiatives and educational outreach.

“We have amazing fans and sponsors involved with the club at all levels and thousands of people come here each week to play or watch sport.
"The new structure allows us to focus on specific projects such as disability sport and mental health programmes, the community 3G pitch resurfacing, goals and equipment that will ensure that thousands of local sportspeople can continue to play the game they love at the MGroup Stadium”.
