After dominating the early proceedings in the game, City took the lead mid-way through the first-half when Ned Nicolson-D'Abrue's cross from the right-wing was headed into the net by Ilia Milkovic.
However, the young Hoops couldn't take advantage of their good chances to extend their lead and paid the price when North Leigh levelled.
Stand in goalkeeper Jermaine Muponda also made a superb save to deny North Leigh from taking the title for themselves.
The final went to extra-time but City's dominance eventually paid off. Nicolson-D'Abrue, again in the thick of the action, pressed well to win the ball back from the North Leigh defence and put City back ahead with a smart finish.
Oscar Hobden made sure that the title would be City's when he scored the Hoops' third of the game before Mukeah Turay added the icing on top of the cake.
Well done boys!
