Information ahead of Friday evening's event.

It’s almost time for the big match as Oxford City welcome Oxford United to Court Place Farm for a pre-season friendly on Friday night (7.30pm) 

It’s going to be a great night with the U’s playing in Oxford for the first time since winning promotion to the Championship and City in great form after three highly impressive pre-season wins so far. 

It’s a chance for the clubs to show the unique partnership that we share, with United’s Women playing at Court Place Farm and their Academy training here, and we have a very special event before kick-off where fans can meet the Managers from both clubs. 

Located in the new Exeter Marquee, new City boss Sam Cox and United head Coach Des Buckingham will join us before kick-off to talk about the season ahead and their hopes and ambitions. 

They will be joined by stars from both clubs throughout the hour before kick-off including City owner Justin Merritt and United legend James Constable. 

There is live music, refreshments and a welcome drink for all guests in the Marquee which will be open from 5.30pm and again at half-time with a cash bar open throughout.
