Harrison has featured in all of City’s pre-season friendlies so far and has impressed with a number of positive performances in the backline.
A highly-rated defender, Harrison came through the ranks at Bristol City where he went on to captain the Robins’ U23’s side before moving to Gloucester City permanently.
Harrison is no stranger to this level of football, after loan spells with Hereford, Weston Super Mare and Chippenham. He now strengthens City’s backline alongside Andre Burley, Canice Carroll and Charlie Rowan.
After signing with the Hoops, Harrison said: “I’m delighted to be here.
“I feel like the lads have welcomed me really well since I’ve been here and I’m glad to finally get the deal done.”
Manager Ross Jenkins said: “Tom’s had a great football education with Bristol City.
“He’s got great attributes, height, ability and a lot of strengths to his game. He’s come here and fitted in nicely and he’ll add strong competition to our backline.
“He’s a real positive signing for us.”
Welcome to Oxford City Tom!
