Here at Oxford City Football Club, we have an exciting opportunity available for a First Team Kit Manager to join us here at Court Place Farm ahead of our exciting new season.

In this role, you will be extremely organised, with a keen eye for detail, be a flexible team player with strong time management skills, and have a passionate work ethic.

A clean driving license with flexibility to travel nationally is essential to fulfil this exciting role and contributing to the overall success of the Football Department.

Main Objectives

• Attend all home/away games in National League North, ensuring the effective logistical planning for all required kit and equipment.
• Prepare the changing room for first team fixtures.
• Maintain records of all training kits, match-day kit & travel tracksuits issued to players and staff.
• To organise all kit and equipment for away travel and the loading of club transport ready for departure.
• Ensure kit is packed away for laundry post-match.
• Provide support to the management team as and when required.

Essential



• Proven track record in demonstrating reliability and confidentiality.
• Friendly, well-organised with the ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure.
• High levels of professionalism and integrity
• An excellent team player, work in the spirit of a ‘team’
• Possess strong time management and a flexible approach to work, understanding the requirement to work weekends and evenings.
• Full clean UK Driving License.
• Ability to work in the UK. 

Experience of a similar role is desirable, but is not essential
