The suitable candidate will have...
- Experience of managing in a professional club's academy or at a high level of non-league football.
- UEFA B coaching Qualification (minimum)
- Experience managing a budget
Candidates should also understand the philosophy of player development and work closely with the club's Velocity Football education programme.
Whilst attracting young players to OCFC from the local area, the candidate will also help to develop a strong team of players, with a view to being competitive in the Suburban League and creating pathways into the club's first team squad.
