Here at Oxford City FC, we host multiple sporting events and tournaments at the RAW Charging Stadium so we are looking to expand our staffing levels to help improve the quality of service we can offer.

Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

o The successful candidates must be able confident and have previous customer facing experience and must be confident in selling a variety product for the club. These items are but not limited to; programs, golden goal & club shop items

o The role maybe required for you to work in a turnstile allowing guest to enter the stadium safely and effectively whilst following the club’s safety protocols. You will also be expected to assist in a number of practical task, including, moving football goals, setting up football pitches and maintenance tasks.

o Able to work home games when required but also other non-matchday events will be offered to the right candidate.

o Host the visiting director and provide a first-class hospitality experience.

o In this role, you will be the face of the club, serving and advising supporters, always providing polite and professional customer experience following a ‘service with a smile’ mentality.
