A stand out performer during the last campaign, Dudzinski had a superb season in between the sticks, at one point keeping seven clean-sheets in eight games.
Ben went on to keep 14 clean-sheets for the Hoops in Vanarama National League South, a feat that earned him a place in the divisions Team of the Season.
This will be Dudzinski's third season at the Velocity Stadium and one which may see him surpass the 100-appearance mark.
After signing his new deal, Ben said: "I'm really pleased to have re-signed, this will be my third season here. This is a brilliant club and I absolutely love it here, so I'm delighted."
"I'm looking forward to getting going again. We want to continue to be ambitious and our collective ambition is promotion.
"We’ve kept a strong group of players from last year and now we need to put the work in during pre-season to hit the ground running in August."
