In-form striker looks ahead to Radcliffe.

Oxford City travel to Greater Manchester to take on Radcliffe in the Vanarama National League North, with the Hoops looking to get back to winning ways.

City come off the back of a disappointing defeat to King’s Lynn despite creating far more chances during the game.

www.oxfordcityfc.co.uk spoke to Corie Andrews ahead of the away fixture, who is confident the side can bounce back.

“On Tuesday we should have won the game. We saw the stats after the game, and I think we just gifted them goals but as long as we right the wrongs then everything will be good on Saturday.”

Andrews got his name on the scoresheet once again against the Linnets for his second in three games. Andrews also provided an assist to Zac McEachran during the Warrington game last weekend.

The 27-year-old striker has certainly hit some form and is confident in his game.

“I feel stronger now, I feel like more of my game is coming out.

“There’s a good spirit with the boys. The result didn’t go our way, but I feel like we’re still in good spirits. We have to look at the King’s Lynn game. It’s gone and we have to focus on Saturday.”

Andrews also echoed Jenkins’ sentiments when talking about the relentless nature league and how competitive the National League North is.

“Every game is tough in this league, doesn’t matter how you play; every game is tough. We have to make sure we go there and give 100% and we will see what happens.

“We’re feeling positive. It will be another battle. A tough battle.

“It will be a good game but as long as we go there and do what we need to do, everything will fall into place.”
