Oxford City Women travel to Badshot Lea on Sunday looking to carry on where they left off after a convincing win in the County Cup last Sunday.

City were 7-0 winners over Easington Sports to set up a final appearance against Kidlington in April, but as Manager Connor Walton said, the focus remains well and truly on the league:

“I thought we were excellent last weekend and it was great to see some of the younger players pushing their claims to be involved. Over the last few weeks we have introduced players into the group and it’s all about opportunities and a clear pathway.

“Sunday will be another good test for us. Take no notice of the league table, Badshot will fight for everything and make it tough for us but we go there in good form and want to finish as high up the league as we can so it’s another important game.”

The game takes place at the Operatix Community Ground,Westfield Lane, Wrecclesham GU10 4PF with a 2pm kick-off.
