The Hoops will be looking to make it three wins on the trot as they travel to newly-promoted Farnborough in Vanarama National League South.

The hosts themselves are in form, making it to the First Round of the Emirates FA Cup with an emphatic 7-0 win over Biggleswade. Impressive victories in the league against Worthing and Weymouth have also propelled Boro up the table and into 18th.

Despite receiving a red card in Tuesday's clash with Taunton, captain Reece Fleet is eligible for Saturday and will miss Tuesday evening's game with Hungerford, instead. Canice Carroll and Lewis Coyle will both serve a suspension for receiving five yellow cards this season.

FORM:

FARNBOROUGH
Form: *WWWDW

*All competitions

After a sticky start to life in VNLS, Farnborough have come into their own in recent weeks. Boro have also found the net of late, recording a 5-1 victory over Swindon Supermarine and a 7-0 win over Biggleswade Town on their way to the Emirates FA Cup First Round.

Despite this, Saturday's hosts remain in 18th position in the table but a win on Saturday could lift them up to 15th but more importantly, six points off the dreaded drop zone.

OXFORD CITY

Form: *WDWWW

*All competitions

If there's anything to be taken from City's recent form it's that the squad 'never say die'. Ross Jenkins' side have won their last three in all competitions but most impressive is the fact that the Hoops have scored in stoppage time in all of those games.

Last gasp winners against Havant & Waterlooville and Taunton (with ten men) has propelled City up the table into ninth (with games in hand) and with the players' perseverance, you wouldn't want to count them out in any game.

ONE TO WATCH: Kevin Lokko

As a defender, Kevin Lokko may not get all the credit he deserves but the defender is a key cog in Farnborough's side.

He began his career at Norwich City’s Academy where he spent two years as an academy scholar and was part of the FA youth cup winning team during the 2013/13 season. Released in May 2014, he joined Colchester United, although injury meant he did not make any first-team appearances during his one season with the Essex club.

Lokko then spent a season a piece at National League clubs Welling United and Maidstone Untied. In August 2017, he signed for Stevenage, and had loan spells with Dagenham and Redbridge and Dover Athletic before joining Dover on a permanent basis in June 2018 and becoming captain. 2020 saw him sign for Harrogate Town before signing for Aldershot Town in July 2021, a season thwarted by injury.
